What it would take to get to the next stage in our interview process:
Demonstrate software proficiency in:
Design (Adobe Suite), Production Layout (Flexi-Sign, V-Carve Pro), Production Prep (Versaworks).
Have strong written skills and exhibit excellent phone & in-person communication skills Show hands-on sign/printing/graphics design experience (REQUIRED) and strong creative graphic artist skills.
Earned education in the graphic arts field.
Display a detail-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
Self-motivated with strong desire to develop existing skills and open to learning new techniques.
What else would be good to bring to this position:
1 to 3 years strong sign or printing industry knowledge a plus.
Experience with CNC and Engraving/ADA software and equipment a plus.
Bachelor of fine arts from accredited institution a plus.
Demonstrated strong work ethic resulting in accomplishments relevant to the position.
Excellent time management skills and sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail.

30am - 5pm.
Career duties include - graphics design, computer layout, digital printing, vinyl cutting, sign sample production.
